Akemshow – Terms of Service

This license exists so that Akemshow can operate, showcase, and improve the Platform.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• complies with all laws and Platform rules
  
  
• does not violate the rights of any third party
  
  

6. Prohibited Content & Activities

Users may not upload or engage in:

• sexual content involving minors
  
  
• pornography featuring anyone under 18
  
  
• scams, fraud, misleading advertising

6.2 Activities Prohibited

• attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform
  
  
• using bots or automated tools without permission
  
  
• collecting user data without authorization
  
  
• impersonating other persons or entities
  
  

Akemshow reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

7. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

Akemshow complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you upload copyrighted content without permission:

Copyright owners may submit takedown requests according to applicable laws.

To receive payouts, creators must:

9. Termination & Suspension

Akemshow may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• you attempt to harm the Platform or other users
  
  
• required verification is not completed
  
  
• we are required to do so by law
  
  

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately.

10. Platform Availability

Akemshow strives to maintain uptime but does not guarantee:

We may temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance or upgrades.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

You use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).
