Akemshow Community GuidelinesEffective Date: 22 April 2025Akemshow is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for creators and viewers. These Community Guidelines outline what is and is not allowed on the platform. By using Akemshow, you agree to follow these rules at all times.1. Purpose of These GuidelinesThese Guidelines ensure that Akemshow remains:Safe for all usersFree from abuse, harassment, and harmful contentA supportive space for creativity and lawful expressionCompliant with legal and industry standardsViolations may result in content removal, account restrictions, demonetization, or permanent bans.2. Prohibited ContentThe following types of content are strictly forbidden on Akemshow:2.1 Copyright & Intellectual PropertyUploading content you do not own or do not have permission to useReuploads of copyrighted movies, music, shows, or other protected media2.2 Sexual ContentPornographySexual content involving minors or depicting child exploitationSexualized imagery of minors, including animation or suggestive depictions2.3 Violence & ThreatsGraphic or extreme violenceViolent threats or encouragement of harmContent promoting terrorism or violent extremism2.4 Hate & AbuseHate speech targeting individuals or groupsHarassment, bullying, or coordinated attacksContent promoting discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation2.5 Fraud, Scams & DeceptionImpersonating individuals, public figures, or organizationsSpam, misleading metadata, fake giveaways, or deceptive promotionsContent promoting illegal activities, hacking, or financial fraud2.6 Safety ViolationsContent endangering minorsDangerous challenges or self-harm promotionDoxxing, sharing private information without consent3. Allowed ContentThe following types of content are welcomed on Akemshow:Original content you createdLicensed or permission-granted contentFamily-friendly entertainmentEducational, creative, informational, and professional videosNon-graphic entertainment mediaCreators are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to everything they publish.4. Enforcement ActionsAkemshow may take the following actions depending on the severity and frequency of violations:Content removalWarning noticesAge restrictionFeature restrictionsTemporary demonetizationTemporary suspensionPermanent account terminationAkemshow reserves the right to escalate enforcement at its discretion.5. Content Upload AgreementBy uploading content to Akemshow, you confirm and agree that:5.1 You Own or Control the RightsYou certify that you have:Full ownership, ORWritten permission or licensing rights to upload, share, and monetize the content.5.2 No InfringementYour content:Does not violate copyright lawsDoes not violate privacy or publicity rightsDoes not contain unlicensed music, video clips, or images5.3 Grant of Rights to AkemshowYou grant Akemshow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:Host your contentEncode and transcodeStream and distribute within the platformPromote your content on the platform and on Akemshow’s social media channels5.4 Monetization TermsCreators may earn revenue through:AdvertisementsPremium purchasesTips and donationsSubscription featuresAkemshow may update payout rules, timelines, and requirements as necessary.5.5 Content RemovalYou may delete your content at any time unless contractual licensing obligations apply. Akemshow may also remove content that violates these Guidelines.6. DMCA Takedown PolicyAkemshow complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).6.1 Submitting Copyright ComplaintsSend notices to: Email: legal@akemshow.comA valid DMCA notice must include:Identification of copyrighted workURLs of infringing materialYour contact informationA good-faith statementA statement under penalty of perjuryYour physical or electronic signatureAkemshow’s ResponseUpon receiving a complete notice, Akemshow will:Remove or disable access to the infringing contentNotify the uploaderAllow them to submit a counter-notificationRepeat InfringersUsers who repeatedly violate copyright laws may be permanently banned.7. DMCA Counter-Notification ProcedureIf you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification.A valid counter-notice must include:Your name and signatureThe URL of the removed contentA statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistakeConsent to legal jurisdictionAgreement to accept service of processIf the original complainant does not file legal action within 10–14 days, Akemshow may restore the content.8. Reporting ViolationsUsers may report content or behavior that breaks these Guidelines directly through the platform. Akemshow reviews all reports but may not share details of enforcement actions.9. Updates to These GuidelinesAkemshow may update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
